What is Kalimati?

Kalimati is an interactive educational app for children to explore Arabic letters, words, and action verbs in Modern Standard Arabic. Children drag colorful letters into their matching gray positions, then watch animations illustrating the verbs.

How do I get started?

Open the app, choose the available word, and drag the letters into their correct positions. When the word is complete, watch the animated explanation of its meaning.

Purchases and Family Sharing

Is the app free?

Kalimati is free to download and includes one complete word activity. The remaining words and activities are unlocked with a single in-app purchase.

How do I unlock all words?

A parent or guardian opens the purchase screen, completes the parental gate, selects “Unlock All Words,” and confirms payment through Apple. The final price and currency appear before purchase confirmation.

Are there subscriptions or automatic renewals?

No. The currently offered product is a one-time non-consumable purchase. There are no monthly or annual recurring charges. The free word is not a time-limited subscription trial.

How do I restore my purchase?

Connect to the internet, use the Apple Account associated with the purchase, open the purchase screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Wait for verification and reopen the app if needed.

I paid, but the words are still locked. What should I do?

Check your Apple purchase history and use Restore Purchases. If the problem persists, contact support with the device model, operating-system version, and a description of the issue. Do not send payment credentials.

Can I use the purchase on another device?

Eligible purchases can be restored on compatible devices associated with the appropriate Apple Account, subject to Apple's terms and entitlement status.

Does Kalimati support Family Sharing?

Yes. Unlock All Words supports Apple's Family Sharing for eligible family members under Apple's sharing settings and rules. Restore Purchases may be needed.

Using the App

What is the parental gate?

A parent-verification challenge restricts children's direct access to purchasing features. It supplements, but does not replace, parental supervision.

Does the app need the internet?

Core educational activities are designed to work without a continuous internet connection after installation. Purchases, restoration, and entitlement verification may require internet access.

Does my child need an account?

No Mac Winsoft account is required. Apple handles payment using the relevant Apple Account.

Does the app contain ads or tracking?

Kalimati contains no third-party ads, third-party analytics, or tracking SDKs and does not collect children's personal data for marketing.

Can I request a refund?

Refunds are subject to Apple's policies and decisions. A refund may affect access to unlocked content.

Is Kalimati useful for older children?

Children at different learning levels may enjoy expanding their Arabic vocabulary and learning action verbs in Modern Standard Arabic.
