Kalimati is an educational children's app for learning Arabic letters, assembling words, and exploring action-verb meanings in Modern Standard Arabic through drag-and-drop activities, animations, and sound.
2. Free Download
The app is free to download and includes one complete word activity at no charge. This is not a time-limited subscription trial.
3. Unlock All Words
Remaining locked words and related activities are available through one non-consumable in-app purchase called “Unlock All Words.” The final price, currency, and any applicable taxes are presented through Apple before purchase confirmation.
4. No Subscriptions
The currently offered unlock is a one-time payment, without monthly or annual subscriptions or automatic renewals. There is no recurring subscription to cancel.
5. Payments
Apple processes payments and billing. Mac Winsoft Inc. does not collect bank-card information or Apple Account passwords. Transactions are subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.
6. Refunds
Refund requests are handled according to Apple's policies and decisions. A refund or entitlement revocation may remove access to paid content, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
7. Restore Purchases
Eligible users may restore the purchase through Restore Purchases using the appropriate Apple Account, subject to the entitlement status Apple provides.
8. Family Sharing
Unlock All Words supports Apple's Family Sharing for eligible family members under Apple's terms and purchase-sharing settings. Family Sharing does not transfer ownership outside Apple's designated system.
9. Children's Use and Parental Gate
Kalimati is designed for children and families. Purchases should be completed by an authorized adult. A parental verification gate restricts access to purchasing features and helps prevent unintended purchases, but does not replace parental supervision.

11. Acceptable Use
Users must use the app lawfully and appropriately. Users must not disrupt it, bypass purchase protections, gain unauthorized access to paid content, or infringe others' rights, except where expressly permitted by law.
12. Intellectual Property
Kalimati software, interfaces, illustrations, logos, recordings, music, and other content owned or licensed by Mac Winsoft Inc. are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Use of the app does not grant ownership or a right to redistribute content commercially without authorization or another lawful basis.
13. License
Mac Winsoft Inc. grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Kalimati on compatible Apple devices under Apple's terms. Locked content is accessible with a valid purchase entitlement or eligible Family Sharing entitlement.
14. Educational Purpose
Kalimati supports learning and exploration but does not guarantee a particular educational outcome. Benefits may vary with a child's age and language level.
15. Availability and Updates
We may fix issues, update content and interfaces, and add, change, or remove features. Some updates may require newer devices or operating systems. We aim for reliable operation but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
16. External Services
The app or company website may link to Apple or other services governed by their providers' terms and policies. We do not control third-party practices.
17. Disclaimer
The app is provided for educational purposes on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mac Winsoft Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the app. No exclusion applies where prohibited by law.
19. Restriction or Discontinuation
Access may be restricted for misuse, violations, or security or legal reasons. The app or certain features may be discontinued in the future, subject to applicable law and users' purchase rights.
20. Price Changes
Prices for future purchases may change through Apple's mechanisms. A price change does not automatically require a new payment from users with a valid entitlement to the same product.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect app or legal changes. The updated version and date will be published, subject to applicable notice or consent requirements.
22. Severability
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Apple's Standard EULA, and applicable App Store terms form the framework governing use of Kalimati.
